Then

4 sets of 20 Bicycles

30 Dumbell Push Press
30 Box Jumps

Then

4 sets of 20 Russian Twists

Warm Up

  • 5 minutes on  Elliptical Trainer

  • 30 Barbell Rows
  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Then

  • 4 sets of 20 Crunches

Run Training

  • Warm-Up: Walk 5min

  • If you can’t do a double under double the count for normal skipping
